At HEYSHAPE™, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. If your shapewear doesn't provide the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
